Our Deputyship Report includes the monitoring of CQC inspection visits and reports during the following 12 months and alerting you to any action that needs to be taken.
Our visits to Care facilities are unannounced so that we are able to observe the normal care provided to your client. We conduct our visits in a friendly, supportive manner designed to gain the trust, confidence and openness of the staff caring for your client.
